Do you have strong communication and organisational skills?

We are seeking a dedicated DTC Marketplace Account Executive to join our Digital Team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, categorising, and maintaining KPI's and SLAs for DTC marketplaces.

The Impact of Your Role:
  1. Monitor KPIs such as order fulfilment SLA's, shipping accuracy, sales tracking, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with partners to optimise operations.
  2. Own and review the Account Plan and planning materials against milestones and targets.
  3. Implement and monitor quality assurance and customer satisfaction procedures.
  4. Understand key account strategies, issues, culture, and challenges.
  5. Maintain product pricing across partners, ensuring uploads align with seasonal deadlines.
  6. Complete customer product matrices, imagery, and samples as needed.
  7. Manage stock in coordination with the imports team for seasonal stock and promotions.
  8. Analyse and manage customer forward order uptake monthly.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key business areas such as Buying, Marketing, Product, and Digital.
  10. Utilise analytical skills to evaluate information, forecast sales and stock, and act on findings.
  11. Serve as the primary contact for new drop shipment accounts, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
  12. Collaborate with Digital, Wholesale, Sales, Retail, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Experience teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with customer portals.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • Excellent customer service experience with DTC accounts.
  • Logistics knowledge from previous roles.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers, sales agents, and colleagues.
