Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a reliable and proactive Design & Technology Technician to join a well-regarded secondary school in Bromley, with further opportunities available across South East London. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, with pay rates dependent on experience.

As a Design & Technology Technician, you'll support the DT department in preparing and maintaining tools, equipment, and resources for practical lessons. You'll assist teaching staff with lesson setups, monitor inventory, ensure safe working practices, and help maintain a clean and organised workshop environment. Areas of support may include woodwork, metalwork, electronics, and food technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical or technical background. While previous school-based experience is preferred, it is not essential. We welcome applicants from a range of hands-on professions, such as engineering, construction, or design. A valid DBS on the Update Service is required.
