Marchant Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Design Technology teacher for a high‑performing secondary school in Preston. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5, joining an experienced department that strives for outstanding outcomes and an inclusive learning environment.

The successful applicant will hold QTS, have strong subject knowledge, and be confident teaching KS3‑KS4 (and KS5 if required).

Qualifications

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching the specialist subject across KS3 and KS4.
  • KS5 teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education.

The Role

About You

The successful applicant will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching their specialist subject across KS3 and KS4.

  • Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
