Design Technology Teacher or Technician Independent School Guildford

Temporary Full-time Immediate Start
A wonderful independent school in the Guildford area is seeking a Design Technology Teacher or Technician to support their vibrant DT department. This is a full-time, temporary role starting next Monday, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.

The role:
The school is open to considering either a qualified Teacher of Design Technology or an experienced Technician. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the department with either the delivery or preparation of engaging and practical lessons in Design Technology.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Design Technology environment, ideally within a secondary school
• Confidence in using DT tools, machinery, and equipment
• Good awareness of health and safety in a workshop setting
• A recognised teaching qualification (for teacher applicants)
• Relevant health and safety training or certification (desirable)
