Design & Technology Teacher – Pickering
Location: Pickering, North Yorkshire
Contract Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)

Salary: £140 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

1. Deliver engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Specialism in Resistant Materials, Product Design, or Engineering is desirable
3. Plan, prepare and assess work in line with curriculum requirements
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
5. Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and development

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
2. Experience teaching DT at secondary level
3. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject
4. A proactive approach and excellent classroom management skills
5. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
