Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Personalized Customer Service: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, enroll in loyalty programs, and answer questions regarding products and transactions.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe. This includes cleaning, stocking, markdowns, and housekeeping tasks.
  • Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare and display merchandise, and organize stockroom per standards.
  • Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Complete fulfillment processes, locate items, inspect products, and use company tools for customer orders.
  • Customer Transactions: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and partner with leadership for escalated issues.
  • Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support inclusivity and teamwork.

Required Skills:

  • Availability to meet business needs.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to move quickly and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with technology (registers, iPhones, calculators).
  • Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
