Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment and retail pharmacy is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the SRS system with precision.
  • Accurately book in stock received from branches.
  • Conduct quality and date checks on received stock.
  • Pick orders in accordance with the SRS system.
  • Dispose of out of date stock responsibly.
  • Perform regular stock quality and date checks.
  • Process electronic orders from branches promptly.
  • Dispatch orders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and pack stock for collection and onward delivery to branches.
  • Comply with all company SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Role Overview:
We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for a dedicated DSRS Co-ordinator to support the LEAN stock movement into DSRS on a 12 month contract. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders and stock deliveries, maintaining our high standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the SRS system with precision.
  • Accurately book in stock received from branches.
  • Conduct quality and date checks on received stock.
  • Pick orders in accordance with the SRS system.
