Criteo has built a market-leading Supply Side Platform, Commerce Grid. The strategic relationships with major Demand Side Platforms will depend on building a strong Customer Success team to nurture those relationships, support our internal Agency Sales and Curation teams, and seek strategic growth opportunities across all client types. You will divide your time between supporting our 3rd Party DSPs and assisting our Agency Sales teams in pitching Criteo Curated Audiences, while managing growth opportunities for each DSP partner.

Criteo will enable supply curation within our First-party Media Network, leveraging Criteo’s unique audience interest and intent data when buying on the agency’s chosen DSP. Your role involves supporting the pitch process for new DSPs, setting up curated deals for success, ensuring delivery, and making optimizations and recommendations to meet client goals. The Customer Success Manager should have experience and a solid understanding of the ad tech industry, Criteo Supply products, and will play a key role in building Criteo – Commerce Grid from the ground up. DSP Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our 3rd Party DSP partners by:
  2. Becoming a strategic partner for each DSP, developing a growth roadmap, and executing it by conducting regular performance analyses and liaising with clients to understand their needs.
  3. Working with Analytics and Technical teams to identify trends and develop growth strategies focused on business outcomes.
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  5. Collaborating with DSPs to identify product needs that will drive growth of Criteo – Commerce Grid and advocating for these internally.
  6. Forecasting and tracking spend, including quarterly results and annual forecasts for demand partners.
  7. Managing issue escalation, acting as the communication lead on partner integration issues, and coordinating with Product teams for resolutions.
Agency Consultant:
  1. Master Criteo SSP value proposition and support sales calls to pitch Criteo Curated Audiences, answering questions on deal curation, DSP partners, or supply.
  2. Position yourself as an expert through strategic recommendations and optimization during sales processes.
  3. Manage operations and facilitate cross-functional communication with internal agency stakeholders.
  4. Provide feedback to the Product team to align on priorities and strategies for agency clients.
  5. Monitor campaigns actively and collaborate with campaign management to ensure client goals are met.
Driving Internal Communications:
  1. Communicate progress on client initiatives to stakeholders.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for partner-related topics and prepare internal reports on account status.
  3. Escalate issues that threaten partnerships or prevent maximizing spend.

Who You Are:

  1. Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

  3. Experience in DSP or SSP relationship management, programmatic media buying, or sales within an agency or publisher environment.
  4. Cross-functional experience across commercial, operations, and technical teams.

  7. Entrepreneurial mindset with high-level strategic execution capability.
  8. Proven ability to translate product solutions into sales and strategic conversations.
