A leading training consultancy in the Greater Bristol Area is looking for a professional with a strong background in DSAT design to develop tailored training programs. The role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders, delivering Train the Trainer sessions, and ensuring high-quality solutions. Candidates should have experience in Defence, Rail, Health, or Energy sectors. Qualifications

• Experience in the development of DSAT Design stages 1, 2 & 3 elements.
• Experience in designing blended learning solutions.
• Experience in developing digital learning storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of tailored training programs.
• Deliver Train the Trainer (T3) courses based on learning solutions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to develop high-quality blended learning solutions.

Skills

Understanding of SAT/ADDIE methodology

Experience in Defence, Rail, Health or Energy sectors

Stakeholder engagement

Expertise in Microsoft Office 365

Education

Current SC clearance or willingness to obtain

Current right to live and work in the UK
