Job description

£31,000 basic salary with an OTE of £46,000, with company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

Reporting to the DS Brand Manager, you’ll execute the sales process from initial enquiry all the way through to aftercare, delivering exceptional experiences to all our customers. Your role will be pivotal in delivering excellence, from creating a welcoming environment to proactively generative new customer enquiries and driving brand awareness through various channels.

Your Journey as a DS Concierge:

· A true ambassador for DS, you’ll showcase an in-depth understanding of our brand’s exclusive market position, products and services whilst representing it with pride and excellence ensuring the customer is fully informed of all offers

· Serve at the main point of contact for our clients, actively listening to their needs to deliver sales and aftersales support whilst building strong personal and professional relationships

· Enhance our customers journey through seamless interactions across physical and digital touchpoints, facilitating contactless appointments, home deliveries and exclusive events

· Driving brand awareness through social media, marketing initiatives, events and online presence whilst keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments, ensuring their DS experience is always current and exciting

· Support the DS Brand Manager with supply management, vehicle orders, business forecasting and stock management to ensure efficient operations

· Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:

· Experience in curating unforgettable customer experiences, coupled with a relentless drive to consistently surpass sales and aftercare targets

· Genuine enthusiasm for managing brand awareness to contribute to the growth and success of the dealership

· Familiarity with products and services within the automotive and retail landscape, preferably within luxury brands

· Proficiency leveraging technology to streamline processes and manage customer interactions, ideally with experience using CRM systems, digital platforms and video tools

· Dedication to continuous learning and development, staying ahead of the trends to deliver exceptional experiences

· Commitment to doing the right thing, and treating our customers fairly, continuously learning to ensure you build your level of knowledge to be able to work in a regulated environment

· A Full UK Manual Driving licence- you’ll have the opportunity to drive a huge range of exciting vehicles
