Overview

Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Location: Norwich

Salary: Excellent

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (office based)

Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an exciting growing company, who expanding the Compliance Team. This department is the backbone of the business

Responsibilities
  • Listen to and audit outbound and inbound calls made by our call centre agents.
  • Score calls using a compliance scoring card (covering script adherence, objection handling, and professionalism).
  • Identify non-compliant calls and feed this back into agent scoring.
  • Work closely with floor managers and trainers to ensure all agents remain compliant and efficient.
What you will need
  • Audit a set number of calls per agent each week.
  • Complete detailed scoring cards for each call (compliance lines, objection handling, professionalism, data use).
  • Flag non-compliance immediately to management.
  • Work with compliance leadership to refine scoring criteria as campaigns evolve.
  • Keep records to demonstrate compliance.
Desirable Skills
  • Highly detail-oriented — can spot small script deviations instantly.
  • Firm but constructive — compliance isn't negotiable, but feedback must help agents improve.
  • Basic IT skills are essential, confidence with typing.
  • Comfortable working with confidential data under GDPR rules.
  • Experienced in call auditing, telesales, or regulated environments (desirable but not essential — full training provided).
