Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities of the role include:

• Work to Standard Operating procedures
• Work to daily work schedule
• Capability to produce finished product without assistance
• Ensure work meets quality standards
• Scraping scatter off metal and check for scratches
• Washing and drying metal and cabinets
• Hanging metal ready to be sprayed
• White Powder coat spraying of internal frame
• Ability to complete job without assistance
• Very high level of capability to spray without defects
• Loading sprayed items into the oven and operate oven
• Maintain high levels of health and safety
• Adhere to zero tolerance Health and Safety rules
• Report any Health and Safety Deviations
• Maintain high standards of house keeping
• Attend team meetings as required
• Actively take part in any Continuous Improvement events

Skill Requirements

• Ability to organise own workload and use initiative
• Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives
• High level of organisation
• Efficient with thorough methods of working
