Location: Stretford Sports Village
Rate: £12.60 per hour / £13.50 if Level 2 fitness qualified
Hours: 10.25 hours per week: shift Friday - 16:45 - 22:15 - Saturday 12:30 - 17:15

In the role of Dry Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Meeting & greeting customers
Keyholder responsibility for opening and locking up the site
Staying up to date with systems, processes, and industry best practices.
Maintaining training and qualifications
Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the needs of the programme
Ensuring all equipment meets the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
Ensuring the safety of our customers
Listening and responding to customers’ requests
Collaborating with managers to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Supporting your centre’s sales and customer retention
We are looking for motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.
What you need:
To succeed in this role, a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is desirable. A First Aid qualification is essential but we can work with you to attain this if needed.
