Our UK team is growing, and we’re looking for a National Account Executive to help us accelerate our impact across the Drug & Pharmacy channelThis is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to shape the future of consumer healthcare by building strong partnerships with leading retailers like Boots and Superdrug, and by championing brands that make a real difference in people’s livesYour MissionAs a National Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Drug Channel Business Unit Head to deliver ambitious growth plans. You’ll be the go-to contact for key accounts, ensuring we’re easy to work with and always adding valueKey ResponsibilitiesDrive commercial success by supporting the delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional strategies, and customer activation plans. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across buying, supply chain, online, and media teams at major pharmacy retailers. Manage account operations including new line setup, promotional nominations, product maintenance, and invoice processing. Monitor and report on sales performance, trade spend, forecasting, and availability to ensure targets are met. Track market activity and provide insights on competitor performance and category trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of plans. Support strategic projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the businessWhat You’ll Bring1–2+ years of experience working with major UK key accounts (FMCG, retail, or healthcare preferred). Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency to interpret data and drive decisions. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
