A leading organization in community support is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner for their Active Team in Leeds. This role focuses on assisting clients with opiate dependence, managing recovery plans, and promoting health outcomes. Waythrough, launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, aims to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live fulfilling lives. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers, supporting around 125,000 people annually.

Position: Drug and Alcohol Practitioner - Opiates (Seacroft)

Hours per Week: 37
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, with one late shift (Wednesday or Thursday 11:30 am - 7 pm) or an alternative schedule (9 am - 7 pm with early finish)
