About

Apricus Resourcing is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and adaptable Substance Misuse Drug & Alcohol Recovery Worker for a leading Drug & Alcohol Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Recovery Service based in the HR1 postcode area of Hereford.

This full-time role offers standard hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The post holder will support a caseload of adult clients, undertaking assessments, developing person-centred recovery plans, and delivering evidence-based substance misuse interventions in group settings and on a 1:2:1 basis. Interventions will be delivered both face-to-face and via telephone or video technology where appropriate.

You will also collaborate with the Probation and Prison Offending Teams, as well as working alongside Education Providers, Police, Supported Housing Organisations, and Social Services to promote sustainable positive behaviour change.

In return, we offer a highly competitive pay rate of between £19.97 and £21.12 per hour, dependent on experience and determined by interview.
