Drop/Count Team Members are responsible for all aspects of the drop and count process in accordance with New Hampshire Lottery Commission Regulations and all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to drop pick-up and the transferring of the drop to the Count room, as well as performing the main Count.
- Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collect cash boxes daily in a quick and efficient manner while minimizing interruptions on the gaming floor.
- Conduct the drop set-up, cash box replacement, retrieval, and transportation of the BV carts to the Count room.
- Utilize all drop equipment while taking special care around gaming tables, gaming machines, furniture, doorways, and Guests.
- Sort, count, wrap, and record the contents of slot drop boxes according to company standards.
- Balance unaudited totals and generate reports.
- Operate a 10-key calculator, currency counter/automatic bill sorter.
- Unload and reload cash box carts.
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalency Certificate).
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Have basic math skills.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly throughout the property lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a noisy, smoke-filled environment; and maintain physical stamina and mental focus during repetitive tasks in a secure environment.
