Job summary

The UAV Instructor will deliver professional drone training programmes to individuals, emergency services personnel and corporate clients across a broad range of industries. The successful candidate will develop learners' operational, safety and technical competencies whilst ensuring compliance with current aviation regulations and our RAE approval from UK CAA.

The role is hybrid, with classroom and live flight instruction, ongoing material development, and regular UK travel to deliver courses.

Qualifications

• GVC, A2 CofC, CAA Operational Authorisation or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven commercial UAV operational experience.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UAV training courses in classrooms and live operational environments.
• Provide practical flight instruction for multirotor and fixed-wing platforms.
• Teach aviation safety, airspace awareness, mission planning and risk management.
• Support development of training materials and assess learner competency.
