My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, currently employing 200 driving instructors on the road, with hundreds more in training who will soon be hitting the roads.

Current Opportunities

There is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19. Over the past 12 months, our driving instructors have seen their hourly rates increase by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. Now is an excellent time to consider becoming a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recently recruited individuals from various industries, including:

• Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
• Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
• IT industry (IT support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineers, web developer)
• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse)
• Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

Training and Requirements

- Full training is provided, conducted as locally as possible.

- Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.

- To qualify, you must:

• Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years.
• Not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence.
