Day to Day Duties will include:

1. Building a pool of available drivers through online adverts, referrals, and word of mouth
2. Conducting registration interviews with all driving candidates
3. Supporting on-site driver inductions for clients
4. Working with the wider team to establish leads and drive growth
5. Building strong relationships with existing clients
6. Attend weekly visits/service review meetings with clients
7. Work with the compliance team to ensure quality of candidates
8. Ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates
9. Work in close conjunction with the other Account Managers to share best practice
10. Manage payroll administration for candidates
11. Working in a busy team environment, a positive attitude is essential!
