Job summary

Resource Management Solutions is seeking Driving Operatives to join our automotive client at Killingholme. You will help keep the vehicle compound running smoothly by safely moving, parking, and storing vehicles, using a handheld device to track movements, and performing basic vehicle checks.

The role is outdoors in a fast-paced environment with 40 hours per week, on a 6:00am–8:00pm schedule. Weekly pay at £12.95 with overtime at weekends (20%).

Qualifications

• Aged 22 or over and driving for at least 1 year.
• Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points and no DR10 offences.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and happy working outdoors.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and store vehicles in line with company and customer standards
• Use handheld device to accurately track vehicle movements
• Carry out basic vehicle maintenance checks (tyre inflation, safety checks, etc.)
• Coordinate with team members to manage vehicle flow around the yard
• Complete valet/wash services to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
• Support Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including checks on fluids, batteries, tyres, lights, brakes, wipers, and overall vehicle condition
• Recording and reporting any damage or defects to the Team Leader

Ready to get moving in a hands-on, fast-paced role? Due to rapid growth, we have new opportunities available for Driving Operatives to join our leading automotive client supporting them within their busy compound operation.

Location: Killingholme
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £12.95, paid weekly every Friday - overtime available at weekends, paid at 20% allowance after 40 hours.
Site operating hours: 6:00am – 8:00pm (Variety of shift patterns available within these times) 40 hours per week.
