Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in training who will be hitting the roads soon.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing teaching due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 per hour due to high demand.

Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Is becoming a Driving Instructor the right career for you?

Are you reliable?

Do you have good customer service skills?

Do you enjoy working with new people?

If you answered yes to all, then this could be your new career.

Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. Recently, we have recruited people from industries such as:

  • Health (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse)
  • Education (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

Full training is provided, conducted locally as much as possible.

Our pass rates are well above industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.
