My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in our training programme who will be hitting the roads shortly.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing teaching due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from various industries:

• Driving: HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver
• Finance: finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director
• IT: support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineers, web developer
• Health: care assistant, care manager, doctors, nurses
• Education: teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer

Training and Requirements:

• Full training is provided, conducted locally where possible.
• Our pass rates are above the industry average, and we refund your training fees when you work with us.
• To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
