My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in training who will be hitting the roads soon.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased on average by £3 due to high demand.

Over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. This is an excellent time to become a driving instructor.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Be reliable and possess good customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with new people.
• Anyone can become a Driving Instructor; recent recruits come from industries such as driving (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus), finance (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors), IT (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering), health (care assistants, managers, trainers, medical professionals), and education (teachers, assistants, admin staff, lecturers).
• Full training is provided locally.
• High pass rates, with a refund of training fees upon employment.
• Meet the following criteria to apply:
• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years.
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence.
