Driving Instructor - High-demand market with increased earnings potential (Driving Licence Required), Sunderland, Tyne and Wear

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in training who will be hitting the roads shortly.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years.
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence.

Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. We have recruited individuals from various industries, including:

• Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver).
• Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director).
• IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, development).
• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, trainers, doctors, nurses).
• Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer).

Full training is provided locally. Our pass rates are well above industry averages, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.
