Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, currently with 200 driving instructors on the road and hundreds in training who will soon be hitting the roads.

There is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by Covid-19.

In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. This is the perfect time to become a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from various industries including:

• Driving industry (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus drivers)
• Finance industry (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors)
• IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering)
• Health industry (care assistants, nurses, doctors)
• Education industry (teachers, teaching assistants, admin staff, lecturers)

Full training is provided locally. Our pass rates are above industry average, and we refund training fees when you work with us.

Requirements to apply:

• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• No more than 6 points on your licence
