Job summary

My Four Wheels, a rapidly growing driving school in the UK, is seeking Driving Instructors to meet the increasing demand for driving lessons. As a Driving Instructor, you will help train learner drivers and benefit from competitive hourly rates and a supportive training environment. No prior teaching experience is required, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years.
• Not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers to drive safely and effectively.
• Provide training to individuals with different backgrounds and skills.
• Support students through their driving tests.

Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in training who will be hitting the roads shortly.

There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing teaching due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased on average by £3 per hour due to high demand.

Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. Recently, we have recruited people from industries such as:

• IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, development)
• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, trainers, doctors, nurses)

Full training is provided and conducted as locally as possible.

Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.
