Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers and monitor progress to build driving and teaching ability.
• Prepare students for DVSA tests and ensure they meet requirements.
• Provide guidance through DVSA Parts 1–3 training and support to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
