Location: Park Royal (NW10), London
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Start Time: Between 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM
Hours: 8-10 hour shifts (Minimum 8 hours daily guaranteed pay)

Complex Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Drivers Mates for our well-established client based in the Park Royal (NW10) area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals looking for stable work with a growing company in the delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the driver in delivering goods to residential and commercial properties
• Unloading items safely at delivery points - heavy lifting and handballing required
• Completing 15-25 deliveries per day as part of a 2+ person crew
• Ensuring all goods are secured and transported with care
• Acting as a professional representative of the company
• Liaising with customers and central office when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Drivers Mate is essential
• Strong level of physical fitness - heavy lifting required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Good command of English - written and verbal
• Must pass a manual handling and written assessment
