are on the lookout for Drivers Mates to join our well-established client based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This is a potential temp to perm for the right candidates.

You MUST hold a Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points. This role will also require you to be away Monday-Friday.

Role:

Drivers mate/Crew member

Salary:

£13.00 per hour. Overtime paid x1.5

Days:

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends when required

Expected hours:

45 hours per week

Night out allowance:

£15 per night

Responsibilities include:

1. Work with drivers and plant operatives on installation and recovery throughout the UK
2. Operate as part of a two/three person crew, including nights away in accommodation
3. Hold a Full UK licence and follow the main truck in a vehicle provided by site
4. Follow exact directions and assist with installing/removing products
5. Ensure products are ready for transport
6. Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and potential weekends

Training and Development:

Full training will be provided, with opportunities for development and progression within the company.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Full UK driving licence
2. No more than 3 points on licence
3. Flexible working availability

Preferred:

• CSCS card (desirable but not essential; full training provided)
