What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Work as part of a two-person team delivering products to customer premises (room of choice) on a multidrop basis – averaging 16 drops per day off-peak and 24 in peak season
• Assist the delivery driver with parking, manoeuvring the company vehicle, and loading/unloading as required
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure goods are delivered in perfect condition
• Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and communicate any issues politely and courteously

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in multi-drop home delivery preferred but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks such as pulling, lifting, and pushing
• A positive attitude with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment DBS check
• Ability to commute to Luton (LU1 1HJ) for the required shift pattern
