You will be responsible for providing efficient service to our clients, ensuring their needs and the demands of the business are met.

About The Role

As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will deliver premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organizations and government agencies.

The duties will include:

• Order collection and delivery of client records and information
• Daily management and security of client records to ensure compliance in delivery and storage
• Processing and retrieval of information and document management requests
• Utilizing computer technology, including scanners and PCs

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A valid manual car license
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to clients at all levels
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Good grooming and physical fitness for manual handling tasks
• Computer literacy skills
• Flexibility with work hours and days
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
