Job summary

Rexel Gateshead Hub is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Person to join our team and deliver excellent service to customers and branches. The role covers accurate order picking, on-time delivery and friendly, professional face-to-face interactions with customers.

You will mainly run multi-drop delivery routes from Monday to Friday (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) and assist in warehouse tasks during quieter periods, contributing to a high-performance supply chain.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held for 12+ months with no more than 3 points.
• Proven multi-drop delivery and basic warehouse experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order picking and on-time delivery to branches.
• Provide polite, professional face-to-face customer interaction.
• Support warehouse during quiet periods and assist routes as needed.

Job Description

As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by; Ensuring accurate order picking, On-time delivery and Polite & professional face to face customer interaction.

This role involves you supporting within the warehouse in quiet periods, but mainly completing multi-drop delivery routes and supporting the operation in any other way needed.
