Job summary

FMG Repair Services Limited, the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists, is seeking an experienced Driver/Valeter to join our busy Redruth site. You will clean and valet customer vehicles after repair, move vehicles on site, and perform basic checks to ensure high presentation standards.

The role offers a £28,000 per annum salary with an uncapped monthly bonus and excellent benefits, plus a full UK driving licence. This is a fast-paced, frontline position within FMG RS.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous experience as a Valeter or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards of work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and valeting customer vehicles after repair, ready for handover.
• Cleaning and maintaining courtesy cars when they are returned.
• Ensuring vehicles meet high presentation and quality standards.
• Carrying out basic checks on vehicles as required.
• Driving duties, including moving vehicles on site or local collections/deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
