DVSA is recruiting to train driving examiner candidates and deliver learning to a frontline operational workforce. You will create a nurturing environment that recognises learning styles and provides constructive feedback to help delegates reach their potential.
You will deliver learning products meeting L&D standards, maintain quality of learning materials, and collaborate with colleagues to drive the directorate's vision while engaging external partners as required.
Location: Avonmouth, Birmingham (Garretts Green), Cambridge, Chadderton, Gillingham (Kent), Glasgow (Bishopbriggs), Newcastle:upon:Tyne (Gosforth), Slough.
Salary: A GBP 30,485 (An allowance of A GBP 5,000 per year is payable, once you are fully qualified as a trainer.)

Training for this position will be made up of 3 parts.
You must be successful at each stage to progress to the next stage. The Driving Examiner training is pass/fail and your employment will cease if you do not pass.
