Due to the ongoing success and growth of our client, they are seeking a Driver Training Manager to lead induction and training of new staff and support the transport department with compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Safety & Compliance: Daily Vehicle Inspections, Load Security, Maintenance Reporting
2. Regulatory Adherence & Driver Oversight: Tachograph Compliance, Infringement Retraining
3. Driver Development & Training: Onboarding, Assessment, Induction
4. Safety Leadership & Incident Management: Incident Investigation, Safety Promotion
5. Policy Development & Communication: Documentation

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a driver trainer with a passion to support others in the industry
• Understanding of tachograph regulations and WTD compliance
• Class 1 driving license with experience driving commercial vehicles
• Proficiency in vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to make decisions under pressure
