Job summary

Sento Talent is recruiting a Driver Trainer in Redditch, Warwickshire. You will design and deliver customised training modules, build safe systems of work, and mentor drivers across their careers.

The role involves developing external CPC driver training, assessing candidates, inductions, and maintaining records for regulatory standards. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Full current, clean UK driving licence required.
• Previous qualifications to support the delivery of training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisation and planning abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering change in transport.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customised training modules.
• Ensure a structured training package throughout the career.
• Define safe systems of work underpinning training.
• Develop CPC driver training for external delivery.
• Assess drivers during recruitment and selection.
• Support driver inductions and mentoring programs.
• Maintain training records to comply with standards.
• Ensure FORS compliance for the fleet.
• Deliver high-quality training at all levels.
