Job description

Cammack Transport is seeking a Driver Trainer + Compliance Manager to join their team. The role involves supervising and ensuring full compliance with quality standards, primarily BRCGS Storage and Distribution Issue 4 and ISO 9001:2015.

About the job:

• Provide advice to senior management on quality matters and collaborate to meet quality objectives.
• Monitor and assist employees to comply with quality, compliance, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage and report on Quality KPIs, ensuring adherence to targets.
• Conduct audits against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and BRCGS standards; develop improvement plans.
• Support the achievement of client-specific standards such as SMETA 6 and Organic Standards.
• Assist with business tenders and liaise with customers to meet quality requirements.
• Develop audit standards for BRCGS and ISO audits.
• Investigate nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Share best practices across sites and support management system rollouts.

Your knowledge and experience:

• HACCP Level 2 desirable
• Awareness of BRCGS Storage and Distribution Issue 4 essential
• ISO 9001:2015 awareness essential
• Experience managing ISO 9001 and BRCGS certifications
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards
• Managers CPC and BRC certification desirable
• Experience with continuous improvement, risk assessments, policies, and procedures
