Job summary

Source4 is seeking a Driver Technician at Heathrow to deliver, install and repair healthcare equipment. You will engage with customers, demonstrating safe use and providing support throughout the service visit.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach. Expect a friendly team, full training, and occasional on-call rotations to meet service needs.

Job Title: Driver Technician

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £14.80 per hour + Over time rates

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving to customers' homes and interacting in a respectful, approachable and compassionate manner
• Delivering, installing, collecting and repairing a variety of healthcare and mobility equipment
• Demonstrating how to use equipment clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel supported
• Carrying out basic DIY tasks as part of installations or repairs
• Providing a high standard of customer service with empathy, care, and integrity
• Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including participation in an emergency on-call rota

What we're looking for:
