Job summary

Source4 is seeking a Driver Technician based at Heathrow to join our healthcare equipment team. You will drive to customers, install, repair and collect equipment, and demonstrate use with clear, compassionate communication. This role blends practical hands-on work with high standards of care and service.

Full training is provided, and you will work Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 with occasional on-call shifts. We value people-focused professionals who can adapt, who want to make a real difference in

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held and valid.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic DIY or mechanical skills.
• Genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
• Flexibility in working hours, including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Driving to customers' homes and interacting in a respectful, compassionate manner.
• Delivering, installing, collecting and repairing healthcare and mobility equipment.
• Demonstrating equipment use clearly to ensure customer confidence.
• Carrying out basic DIY tasks as part of installations or repairs.

Salary: £14.80 per hour + Over time rates

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

What you'll be doing:

• Driving to customers' homes and interacting in a respectful, approachable and compassionate manner
• Delivering, installing, collecting and repairing a variety of healthcare and mobility equipment
• Demonstrating how to use equipment clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel supported
• Carrying out basic DIY tasks as part of installations or repairs
• Providing a high standard of customer service with empathy, care, and integrity
• Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including participation in an emergency on-call rota

What we're looking for:
