Job summary

Ignite Recruitment are recruiting for a Street Cleaning Driver to operate 3.5 or 7.5 tonne caged vans for local authority contract. You will clean roads and public spaces, using sweeping equipment to remove waste, leaves, and debris from streets in all weather conditions.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week with shifts 6:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00. A full UK manual driving licence is essential and flexibility to work either shift is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reasonable level of fitness.
• Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to manage time effectively and work as part of a team.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• May be required to perform street cleaning duties as needed.

MUST be willing to do the STREET CLEANING if needed

Skills needed:

• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work both a laune and in a team.
• Will be working outside, must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence is essential.

Monday-Friday

36 hour/week

Shifts : 6 am -2pm and 2pm-10pm

Flexibility is required , and you must be able to work either shift
