Qualifications

  • Essential LGV (CAT C) Licence and Driver CPC Card.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

About The Role

Location: Aldershot

  • Salary £37,051.90 per annum / £15.78 per hour
  • Start and finish times: 07:15 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Working 45 hours per week
  • Must be able to work Bank Holidays
  • Extra £200.00 Supervisor payment per month included in salary
  • Will need to cover weekends when needed, i.e., holidays & sick leave
What will I be doing?
  • Managing and investigating vehicle/personal incidents and any road traffic accidents.
  • Investigating and resolving near miss/hazard reports.
  • Weekly vehicle inspections / gate checks.
  • Responsible for downloading VU and Drivers’ tacho cards and reviewing infringement reports with Drivers.
  • Responsible for training and delivering toolbox talks.
  • Completing yearly driving and pre-employment driving assessments once trained.
  • Occasional cover for Driver sickness/absence as required (LGV licence is essential).
  • Weekend work may be required to cover current employee during holidays, as overtime or days in lieu.
What are the requirements?
  • LGV (CAT C) Licence and Driver CPC Card are essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (training can be provided).
  • IOSH qualification (training can be provided).
