Job summary

XPO Logistics in Gloucester is recruiting for full-time, permanent Drivers Mates. You will join a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off and a starting window between 06:00 and 08:00. The role includes loading/unloading, delivering in a 2-person crew, and ongoing training via XPO University.

The package includes an hourly rate of £14.38 plus shift allowances, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), discounts, a cycle to work scheme and a workplace pension.

Qualifications

• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Flexible regarding finish times.
• Experience with office equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles accurately and safely.
• Deliver goods as part of a 2-person crew.
• Daily start time between 06:00 and 08:00.
