Job description

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a compliance administrator to join our Driver Risk team.

About the Role:

  • Monitoring out of hours use for projects – seeing through from start to finish
  • Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
  • Ensuring drivers remain compliant (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
  • Taking Drive Care Complaints and dealing with from start to finish
  • Liaising with drivers and third parties – Resilience in dealing with challenging customers
  • Loading and dealing with NIP’s – Notice of Intended Prosecution
  • Using Excel to run data for weekly/monthly reports
  • General admin such as printing, laminating, scanning, cross-checking and shredding paperwork

You will have the following skills:

  • Administration experience.
  • A knowledge of fleet processes
  • Full competence of Microsoft excell, word and outlook.
  • PC Literate.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • A great eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and be able to work independently.
