Freelance Driver Representative

About us

InMotion Ventures 3 is a newly merged company comprising PIVOTAL and THE OUT, two innovative automotive brands. PIVOTAL offers a car subscription service with the latest Jaguar and Land Rover models, while THE OUT provides luxury car rental services delivered directly to customers' doors. Joining us means contributing to redefining automotive experiences with a focus on customer service, flexibility, and luxury.

The Role

Our drivers deliver rental cars across Birmingham and occasionally nationwide. They assist customers with vehicle features, ensuring a positive experience. This freelance, self-employed role allows you to choose your working hours and delivery volume via our Driver app. Deliveries occur 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect luxury cars in Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
• Provide excellent customer service and professional support
• Maintain operation logs for smooth service

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable using mobile apps
• Engaging with customers and delivering high service standards
• Ownership of a full, clean UK or EU driving license for at least 5 years
• Experience driving large vehicles and in urban areas
• Good communication and time management skills
• Flexible to work weekends

Skills & Qualifications

• Desirable: Previous luxury customer service experience
• Successful candidates must consent to a DBS check
