As our Driver Quality Advisor, you will collaborate closely with self-employed drivers, the client support team, the quality team, and our depots.

  • Salary: £12.29 per hour
  • Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am-8pm
  • Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7
  • Job Type: Full-time, 6-month FTC
  • Location: AO Latchford Building, AO Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6GH

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

The Driver Quality Advisor will serve as the voice of the quality team to drivers. Responsibilities include engaging in regular calls with drivers, building positive relationships, listening to feedback and concerns, and advising on performance improvements.
* Collaborate with depots to support excellent customer service.
* Check in with drivers to gather opinions on various topics.
* Keep drivers informed about innovations.

* Enhance driver retention through two-way communication.
