Job summary

RE Recruitment is recruiting for a Driver / Logistics & Production Operator in Gloucester. The role combines driving multi-drop deliveries with production tasks in a varied, fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with a starting pay of £13.47 per hour and a probation review leading to potential increase. A full UK driving licence and reliability are essential.

Driver / Logistics & Production Operator

Location: Gloucester

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: Starting from £13.47 per hour, with an increase following the successful completion of your probationary period.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Driver / Logistics & Production Operator to join our client friendly team in Gloucester.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll spend Tuesdays and Thursdays completing multi-drop deliveries to customers, ensuring excellent service at every stop. On Mondays and Wednesdays, you'll work within our production department, supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional representative of the company.
• Assist with production duties, including assembly, and general manufacturing tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production and delivery targets.
