Lookers in Wilmslow is seeking a confident Polestar Handover Specialist / Driver to deliver outstanding handovers for EV customers. You will present features, assist with app setup and charging guidance, and ensure customers leave with a clear understanding of their new vehicle.

Polestar Handover Specialist / Driver - Wilmslow Polestar

Full time, Permanent

Salary up £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30pm (40 hours per week)

We’re looking for a confident, customer‑focused Polestar Handover Specialist / Driver to join our team. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional handover experience and ensuring every customer drives away feeling informed, supported, and excited about their new electric vehicle.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver vehicles to customers with professionalism and care

• Provide clear, engaging handovers covering key features and EV essentials

• Support customers with app setup, charging guidance, and vehicle controls

• Maintain vehicle presentation standards and complete basic checks

• Assist with fleet movements, logistics, and collection tasks

What you’ll bring:

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills

• Confident presenting product features in a simple, friendly way

• Full UK driving licence with a clean record
