• Permanent Contract for stability
• Location: Biggleswade (Initially working from Enfield)
• Hours: 42 hours per week, 5 over 7 rota

What You'll Be Doing:

As Driver Operations Team Manager, you’ll oversee our operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of Secondary Drivers, handling all people management activities to improve performance and motivate the team. We will have around 62 drivers, operating 31 routes from the site.
• Maintaining compliance with transport regulations and Warburtons Distribution training standards to ensure legal operations.
• Ensuring team and vehicle compliance with transport laws.
• Managing team performance and customer service standards.
• Working on a 5 over 7 rota, around 42 hours weekly.
• Previous experience as a Team Manager or similar role managing teams, coaching, and mentoring.
• Knowledge of Tachograph, WTD regulations, SAP (ERP module), Health & Safety, and Driver telematics systems.
• Ability to commute to Enfield and/or Banbury during depot construction (mileage reimbursed).
