Job summary

MacGregor Industrial Supplies is seeking a reliable Multi-Drop Driver to join our team in Scotland. You will deliver products safely across the North of Scotland, plan routes, and support warehouse operations when deliveries are complete. A full UK driving licence is essential, and CPC for 7.5t would be advantageous.

When not on the road, you’ll assist with picking, packing and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment, while ensuring accurate delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Full UK driving licence (a clean licence preferred).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers across the North of Scotland.

At MacGregor Industrial Supplies, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our customers across the North of Scotland. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Multi-Drop Driver to join our team.

This is more than just a driving role. You'll be the face of our business, ensuring customers receive the right products on time while supporting our warehouse operation when deliveries are complete. What you'll be doing

• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers across the North of Scotland.
• Plan and complete daily delivery routes within agreed timescales.
• Load, unload and secure goods to ensure safe transportation.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
• Provide a professional and friendly service, resolving customer queries or passing them to the appropriate team.
• Ensure all driving activities comply with road traffic legislation and company safety procedures.

When you're not on the road, you'll also:

• Pick and pack customer and warehouse orders accurately.
• Assist with loading delivery vehicles.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• As with any role in a growing business, you may occasionally be asked to undertake other duties appropriate to your position.

What we're looking for

You’ll be someone who:

• Holds a full UK driving licence (a clean licence is preferred).
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
• Works well independently while also being a supportive team member.
• Is organised, reliable and able to manage their workload effectively.
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills to complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Is flexible and willing to work additional hours when business needs require.
• Adapts positively to change and new challenges.
• A licence to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle with a valid Driver CPC would be advantageous, although full support may be available for the right candidate.
